In a quiet location, there are 2 villas sleeping up to 12 people. The villas can be rented separately or together for a large group/family.
On the north west coast with wonderful sunset views.
There are 2 villas, Lisa and Tatu. Villa Lisa sleeping up to 8 people has a large open plan living area with high ceilings so even without air-conditioning rooms are kept cool and airy. There are 3 en-suite bedrooms, 2 with double beds and 1 with twin beds. There are also two double beds in the upstairs area. Villa Tatu sleeps 4 people in 2 separate en-suite cottages each with a double bed. There is a central cottage which has a kitchen and open plan lounge with large glass doors overlooking the ocean.
Each villa has its own swimming pool. There are flat screen TVs with DVD player with a collection of movies. Spa and massage treatments can be arranged and there are bicycles and sea kayaks for guests use. There is internet access. There is an on-site chef who will prepare meals according to guests taste and meals can be served at any time and any place, including on the beach. The villas attempt to as environmentally friendly as possible; electricity is generated by a wind turbine, water is heated by solar panels and food is sourced locally.

A very spacious villa sleeping up to 8 people and fronting on to the beach and ocean.
On the north east coast about one hour from the Airport and Stone Town.
There are four bedrooms, two with en-suite facilities. The Villa sleeps up to 8 people.
The villa, set in private tropical gardens has a large open plan living area, private swimming pool, barbeque area, sundeck overlooking the beach and ocean with private access to the beach. The Villa is furnished in a very tasteful Zanzibari way. Staff at the Villa can arrange a wide variety of excursions. Weddings can be arranged at the Villa. The chefs will cook meals according to guests’ wishes and ingredients are sourced primarily from the nearby village of Matemwe where every day the fishing fleet return with fresh catch.
